Walking the Wall at Narragansett, Rhode Island

P1050751Time to begin our Labor Day weekend festivities.  All of our group had arrived by lunch Friday.  Lunch, of course, was lobster rolls and clam cakes.  As we were half-way to Narragansett Beach, we headed the rest of the way for a walk.  As the beach still charges to go on it this time of year, we parked south of town and walked the half mile along the storm wall to the beach, and back.  The sun was out and clouds drifted with a steady breeze.  The surfers and sail boats were out enjoying the days (before the tropical storm heads our way in a few days).  Best to get outside while we can.

About hermitsdoor

Up here in the mountains, we have a saying, "You can't get there from here", which really means "We wouldn't go the trouble to do that". Another concept is that "If you don't know, we ain't telling." For the rest, you'll have to read between the lines.
