      When flying home to visit family, I always try to get a window seat for the last segment of the flight and have my camera out from the Rockies’ on. We had a grand, clear sky Friday morning.
      In this photo we are probably directly over Mammoth Mountain looking north. Toulome Meadows is just appearing to the left. The snow covered mountains lead up to Lake Tahoe, which you can see, slightly near the top of the photo. Heavenly Valley stands by itself with the remains of winter on its crest.
